I come from a family of architects, real estate developers and contractors. Right out of high school, I worked on hundreds of Chicago area homes with my father’s construction company. At 25, I bought land and built my first home. It’s safe to say, my interest in real estate has been life-long.
Drawn by the beauty of the area, I moved to the Berkshires in 1995. Since founding Timbercraft Homes, it’s been my pleasure to design and build high-end custom homes in the Berkshires. By cultivating relationships based on trust and good communication, I’ve helped numerous clients realize their dreams. I’ve developed many enduring connections over the years, and am proud to say my clients are presently some of my best friends.
Since 2004, I have served on the board at Construct Inc., a wonderful organization that provides comprehensive housing, support and educational services to people who need affordable housing in the Southern Berkshires. I volunteered on many projects including the Women’s transition house, Jordan House in Great Barrington, and Pine Woods in Stockbridge. I presently chair the real estate committee.
After over 40 years of building, buying and selling properties, becoming a REALTOR® was a natural—even overdue—next step. I am glad to have joined the LVRE team in 2018.
I love living in the Berkshires with my wife, Caren, and three children, Christa, Lukas and Liam.
