FAVORITE FAMILY PASTIMES:
- Hikes and bike rides.
- Running with my husband.
- Lazy days at the beach.
FAVORITE SOLO PASTIME:
Cleaning / reorganizing cabinets and closets. I love the process of getting rid of clutter and giving everything a home. Give me a label maker and a garbage bag, and I’m a happy girl!
FAVORITE FOOD:
Mexican. Taco Tuesday is a staple in my house, and Mexican is first choice when choosing a restaurant. Life is simply better with a little guacamole and a good margarita!
A native Berkshire girl, I grew up skiing at Bosquet and swimming in the Stockbridge Bowl. This is my home and I love it. Now, I cherish the opportunity of raising my two children in this beautiful place.
Here are three things that make me a good REALTOR®:
Before joining the LVRE team in 2017, I was an elementary school teacher for over 10 years. Being an educator taught me invaluable skills that I use daily as a realtor®. I am extremely organized and a great listener. I know how to focus in on the specific needs of my clients and I work hard to get what they want and need.
I am an athlete. Most recently I completed my first Ironman, competing in the 42nd annual Josh Billings Triathlon. I love to set new goals and put in the hard work to make them happen. This translates to my relationships with my real estate clients. I support them by facing challenges head on and resolving problems as smoothly as possible. I have the knowledge, dedication, and confidence to bring any transaction to the closing table.
I have an eye for interiors. In real estate, first impressions are everything. I love to work with my clients to prepare their homes for market. Whether it’s decluttering book shelves and kitchen counters, rearranging furniture, or full-on staging, I know how to highlight a home’s best features, increasing the odds of a quicker and easier sale.
Testimonials
Erin did a great and professional job selling our Sandisfield home. After giving us ideas on staging the home, she provided pricing and negotiation guidance leading to a quicker-than-expected sale at a good price. The best measure of a realtor is how they respond when things don’t go as planned. Erin hung in there with us when complications and delays arose from unexpectedly needing to drill a new well. She coordinated with the home buyers and gave us excellent guidance for dealing with contractors, all the while maintaining a cheerful can-do attitude. She would be a valuable asset to have whether you’re buying or selling.
