The best part of closing day is the smile it brings to my clients’ faces.

When I bought my first house, I was terrified and overwhelmed. I didn’t know a thing about banking, inspections, Title 5, and so on. Now, teaching buyers and sellers how to move through the process with ease gives me joy and satisfaction.

I am a local Berkshire boy—raised in Canaan, CT and Great Barrington, MA. I worked in the family business, Segalla Sand and Gravel. Learning about developing land, driveways, septic systems and the like was great preparation for my real estate career.

I also did a stint in carpentry, so I know what’s behind the walls. I can see properties both for what they are and what they can be. I help my buyers and sellers anticipate problems before inspection, so they can take care of issues before they derail a deal.

Working in the hospitality industry for years (many know me from The Old Mill) has given me the ability to converse with anybody about anything, and diffuse tense situations.

I have an Associate degree in Business Administration from Berkshire Community College.



We’re grateful to you both for every day of this process. It’s been challenging because of the market changes and the vast accumulation of stuff in the house.
